We offer a complete 'no quibble' money back guarantee of all first-time purchases of one single sample disc i.e. For all first time customers we recommend that only 1 disc is purchased, in the event that you are unhappy with the item for whatever reason, we will refund your purchase entirely - within 21 days. Unfortunately, however, we will not be able to fulfil any future orders placed by you.  Also, we cannot be held liable for the postage cost of returning the items.

Unfortunately, due to the type and nature of the product we sell, (duplication is possible) if the package has been opened we cannot accept returns for any reason. If the purchased items are returned to us within 21 days in an unused and unopened state, then after inspection we will provide a full refund. However, we can not be held liable for the postage cost of returning the items.
