Returns & Cancellations

We will replace any defective product immediately at our cost, there is no need to return the item.

We will also provide a full refund on all returns that are returned unused and unopened. Due to the nature of the products we sell we are unable to provide refunds for items that are opened.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order before we have dispatched it (i.e. within 24 hours) we will refund your sale via Paypal to you immediately. We will also cancel your shipment.

If you decide to cancel your order after this time then you can return your order, unused and unopened within 21 days for a full refund. However, we cannot be held liable for the postage cost of returning the items.

FAQ

I have a faulty/defective item, what do I do?

No need to return the item to us, we'll simply replace is immediately - just send an email to info@mst3k.co.uk telling us which item is faulty.

I wish to return my item how do I do this?

Simply return the package unused and unopened to:

Once your item has been recieved, and inspected we will process your refund via PayPal. If the package has been opened and resealed we will not be able to process the refund.
